  1. i think that the only thing that is worse than their lack of knowledge, is the flippant way they respond to the questions…laughing at themselves and almost promoting this “dumb is cool” attitude that i see in my daughter’s school alot.

but i’d be willing to be that if the questions were about celebrities, they’d get them right.

  2. Such is why I choose to educate my child in our home.

  3. Interesting, I am sure if you asked them ten questions about Jersey Shore they would get them right. Thanks for stopping by a while back. It has been a very busy month for me, but I am working on your suggestion.

Hope you have a wonderful day!

  4. The power of public school education is again shown to be lacking! Thank you this is awesome. I hope thousands of people view it and begin to understand why home school is an important alternative to mindless education!

    • Yes, even if the school could argue that these students are their worst, they would still have to explain how they have continued to progress from grade to grade having learned nothing!

  5. ((stifled giggles)) I know it’s not funny, but some of these questions just seem just BASIC information that it’s hard not to snicker a little at how “off” it really is.

  6. Wow!! There is noway I would have gotten away with not knowing the answers to those kind of questions at school!
